The latency wording in “p999 latency” concerns the time between an action, a server response and the displayed update. Loading a P999 lobby, authenticating the account and receiving a game animation are separate stages. Delay in one stage does not establish the cause of every other problem.
Animation delay versus an accepted action
A timed game can continue while a player’s video or animation is delayed. A visible button press is not identical to confirmation that the game accepted an instruction before its cutoff. Read the accepted-bet or accepted-cash-out state with the round identifier rather than relying on the last frame shown.
A temporary disconnection does not by itself prove cancellation or loss. The settlement record shows whether a wager was accepted and how it resolved. Reopening a game history is different from replaying a round for a new result. A replay only displays an event that already occurred.
Separate the evidence
Record the device, client type, approximate time and stage that failed. An app installation error belongs to a different stage from an expired login session or a paused stream. A browser connection indicator cannot establish a casino’s underlying result calculation.
For a completed example, a 50-unit stake paid at 2× returns 100 units regardless of whether the animation arrived late. A potential multiplier that appeared briefly during a round is not a settlement. Only the accepted instruction and final record establish what the account received.
